All orders are shipped within 12-36 hours from our warehouse.  Delivery times will depend on your shipping option but all orders are tracked from our facility to your door.  

You will know your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us. This email will include your order details, such as the items purchased, shipping address, and an estimated delivery date. If you don’t receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder.

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it as quickly as possible to ensure fast delivery. However, if you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately. If the order hasn't been shipped yet, we'll do our best to accommodate the change. If the order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to alter the shipping address.
